1. Digital Products

• No refunds or returns are available for digital downloads once purchased, due to the nature of the product.

• In case of a defective or corrupted file, please contact us within 48 hours at support@quantumdot.online for assistance.

2. Physical Products

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The item is defective/damaged.

  • The wrong item/size was delivered.

• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging.

• Refunds (if approved) will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  Exchange will be done within 3 days 
  Exchange product delivery will be done within 3-5 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Items on clearance/sale.
